At Fresh Ventilation, we want you to breathe easy knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your home ventilation system, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack your ventilation units and accessories in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
